Rearrange, Merge, and Split PDF Pages Effortlessly

Merging multiple PDF files into one using PDF Agile is a breeze. Simply open the application, navigate to the "Start" tab, and select the "Merge PDF" option. From there, you can easily add all the PDF files you wish to combine, arrange them in your preferred order by dragging and dropping, and then click "Merge Now" to instantly create a single, unified PDF document. In addition, you can merge specific pages from several PDFs simply by setting the page range for each document.

PDF Agile provides a straightforward way to extract pages from a large PDF and save them as individual files. Here's how you can do it:

1. Open the PDF: Open to the PDF document you want to extract pages from.

2. Access the split function: Navigate to the "Convert" tab in the top toolbar, then click on the "Split PDF" button.

3. Choose splitting method: In the pop-up converter window, select your preferred splitting method: 

  - Split by page range: Enter a range of pages (e.g., "1-5, 10-12") to extract into separate documents. Use individual page numbers or ranges separated by commas.

  - Split by every Nth page: Use this option to split the PDF into files containing a specific number of pages (e.g., every 5 pages).

  - Split by input box: Define specific ranges for each output file for more customized splitting.

4. Start splitting: Choose the "Output Path" to designate where you want the individual PDF files saved on your computer, and click the "Split Now" button.

2. Select the pages you wish to delete and click the "Delete" button (often a trash can icon) on the toolbar.

3. Save your modified PDF to confirm the changes.

To arrange a PDF like a book using PDF Agile, you'll typically use its "Booklet" printing function. This feature organizes the pages so that when printed double-sided and folded, they form a cohesive booklet or book. Here's how to do it:

1. Open your PDF in PDF Agile and go to the "Print" settings (usually under the Home toolbar).

2. In the Print dialog, find the "Page Sizing & Handling" or "Print Mode" section and click "Booklet."

3. Configure booklet settings like "Booklet Subset" (choose "Both sides" for automatic duplex printing) and "Binding" (e.g., "Left" for standard books).

4. Select your printer and click "Print". PDF Agile will then arrange the pages correctly for a physical booklet output.
